A couple of days ago, I had an exciting new tool roll into the shop – the Festool CT MIDI I HEPA dust extractor, complete with integrated Bluetooth! It’s my first-ever dust extractor and I’m looking forward to putting it through it’s paces as I get started on a step-back cupboard for our kitchen.
Before putting it to use, I wanted to record a quick video showing everything that comes with the Festool CT MIDI (or lack thereof) and show the necessary setup to get it up and running. So far I’m happy with the dust extractor, despite the high price. Stay tuned for more videos where I show how I attach the hose to various non-Festool power tools and eventually put forward a full review on the unit.
